What’s The Role All About?

The Associate, Hub Control ensures continuous and efficient ground operations by coordinating aircraft movements, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining operational readiness to support safe and reliable flight operations.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Business, or Marketing disciplines; a background in Industrial Engineering is preferred for its operational and process optimization focus.
• Knowledge or coursework in Statistics, Information Technology, or data analysis is highly desirable to support data-driven decision-making and operational reporting.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in airline or aviation operations, with exposure to aircraft movement coordination, terminal operations, or ground handling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and support safety, compliance, and efficiency initiatives in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Manage and control aircraft parking, gate assignments, and bay utilization across all terminals to ensure operational efficiency and readiness.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airport authorities, and maintenance units to facilitate aircraft movements, towing, and accommodation for scheduled and terminating flights.
• Develop and implement solutions to optimize bay utilization, contingency planning, and operational flow for regular and special flight operations.
• Communicate and disseminate operational updates, flight advisories, and changes to relevant stakeholders to maintain situational awareness and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor, record, and take action on irregularities, disruptions, and emergencies, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards.
